Bergamot essential oil is a citrus-scented oil extracted from the peel of bergamot oranges, known for its uplifting aroma that promotes relaxation, relieves stress, and supports emotional balance.
Usage: Use 4- 8 drops in a diffuser. It can be used by itself, or mixed with compatible oils such as lavender, orange, and lemon. Bath 8-10 drops. Body massage, mix 3-5 drops in 15 ml carrier oil.
