π Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. Due to the nature of personal care and aromatherapy items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to preference, scent, or opened/used products.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide photo or video proof of the defect or damage.
